Don’t do it!

Don’t be tempted by cheap ticket prices. I learned my lesson the hard way. When I purchased my ticket their system refreshed and gave me the wrong date. There is no way to cancel unless you email them (which amounts to little financial help, even second after the purchase), and the only other option is to call POLAND! I don’t have an international plan so didn’t go that way and throw good money after bad. Always buy your ticket from the vendor! Lesson learned! Ughhhh

Avoid eSky at all costs

Please avoid eSky. We booked a flight and cancelled the same day after reading the reviews from others. They barely offered to refund half of the ticket cost when the airline would have refunded the entire cost. PSA, please be careful if this company appears when you are searching to book flights.

They will take your money

They steal you if possible, do not purchase a ticket in here, they have terms and conditions hidden to not reimburse the money even the law demands them to do it

I booked four tickets, when purchasing the flight they don’t give you the option to choose seats and they don’t assure you whether or not you will have seats, so you may run out of available seats when boarding. One of the travelers contracted COVID-19. I bought comprehensive insurance (allrisk) that guaranteed my money back in case of illness or missed flight. I spent two weeks trying to contact Edistinos company but they didn’t want to help me. They asked me for many documents, according to them, to justify the illness. Anyway, I sent all the documents they asked for and they didn't respond in time until I had to write to them again to find out where my case was going. With one day left before boarding, they sent me an email telling me that the case would pass into the hands of the insurer Allrisk. When I contacted them, they asked me for more documentation and at the end they told me that they won’t cover the loss and I will not recieve a refund even with all documentation in order. So we missed the flight and lost the money. awful!

This “company” will sell you a flex pack for you to be able to make changes on your flight for a smaller fee… It’s a lie, if they decide it, there will be no flexibility and you won’t be able to make any changes to your flight

I reserved a car through eSky car rental and because they didn’t provide accurate information about car rental. I was unable to get my rental. They refused to refund my money and hung up on me. My advice is to DO NOT USE its service.

Booked a flight and had to change the date. Made arrangements around this new date they gave me only to find out when I clicked their link ,that they said was valid for another day, had been cancelled. Cancelled my ticket with the insurance and will only get back $11 out of the $300 I spent. Extremely unprofessional. Please stay clear from this complete scam of a “company”.

I purchased tickets and a week later they are telling me the payment failed and I need to pay again. The charge is on my card. I’ll revise this if anything changes.

Terrible Service

I booked a flight through the eSky app then had to cancel. I contacted eSky, and they responded by saying the airline could provide a refund if I responded by March 29 at 11:59 pm with my decision to cancel the booking. I responded on March 28, well before their deadline. Then, in the afternoon of March 29, they tell me the airline won’t issue a refund, even though I responded on time according to their instructions. Their emails to me are poorly worded, and obviously written by someone who does not understand the English language. They only provided a phone number for me to call after I demand it. Bottom line is eSky does not offer a professional level of service. You should avoid their app and avoid them as a travel agency. It is not worth the hassle. They are not a company that honors. Their promises or commitments.

Scam

They processed my payments as pending and split it into two transactions. I waited a week to get a confirmation that the payment was accepted. One of the two payments went through and the other just completely fell off my bank statement. I never received a confirmation that my flight was confirmed. There is no way to talk to anyone there about what’s going on. I contacted my bank and reported these guys as fraud

Increasing prices at last moment

I bought my ticket for $131 and three days later they increased the price for $200 they canceled my ticket saying I didn’t pay all the amount. I tried to contact them and it was impossible. They are scamming people, zero communication and they just waste your time, DONT EVER BOOK WITH THEM.

IMMEDIATE REGRET

This is my fault for not doing the research, but I advise to stay away. Don’t purchase through this company.

No reschedule options….

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! They will not give you any rescheduling options even if another leg of your trip is cancelled due to weather. Horrible customer service. Use Hopper!!! I would give zero stars if it were possible!!!

It’s a SCAM to sell YOUR data

This site scammed its way into the airline site and overtook my purchase. Made me pay more to be able to make changes and then they never offered the support needed. They never sent the payment link and made threats to make no changes. ***I broke my arm and needed to change the return date instead i was unable to change my flight and now have a worse injury for traveling injured. WORST SCAM IN HISTORY OF THE INTERNET. Be aware they overtake your purchase and force you to use them! Should be illegal.

Anyone that reads this. Please don’t use eSky. It is a scam. The company is located in Romania. They will say your tickets are pending over and over to try and get more and more money from you. They also will not give you back your refund when you try. So again, I ask that anyone reading this takes this seriously and saves themselves the hassle and the money. Just use a more reliable site. Horrible app

I booked one round trip with 4 planes. The app doesn’t allow user to add tsa precheck AND it never sent any confirmations to my email, which I requested several times. There was no way to get a boarding pass either. It does not send boarding passes to apple passport. At the airport when I purchased my baggage transportation, I found that my seats would be assigned at the gate—even though I purchased them months earlier. This meant I was stuck at the back of the plane and loaded last. I am deleting the app and posing my experience in every outlet I have available.

SCAM!! There’s articles written about what a scam this company is. When you google a major airline this site will pop up first, seeming like it’s part of the airlines. They can’t even process a simple credit card payment or notify their customers that they couldn’t do their job so I couldn’t buy tickets when they were affordable. My friend booked with Latam and got her flights back same price. All of their reviews across every review site is 1 star. That should tell you everything. I hope they go bankrupt. 100% scam.

Evite usar esta aplicación ladrona que no tiene soporte técnico, he sacado dos pasajes que fueron cancelados por la aerolínea y nunca esta agencia me devuelven el dinero en total perdí $1700USD son unos ladrones….

The WORST customer service - 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I had scheduled a flight on Oct. 2nd. Right as I had confirmed, I noticed I had selected the wrong departure date. I needed to fly back on Oct. 28th and not the 29th. It is now Oct. 28th and after reaching out 4 times over the past 4 weeks - I have not heard back. I now have to buy another hotel room, last minute mind you so the price is astronomical, and rent a vehicle for another day. I will never use eSky again and I strongly recommend that you don’t either.

Dishonest

Fist, this company holds itself out as being representative of particular airlines and offering various expensive insurance options none of which the airline is aware of. Any attempts to contact the company, even in response emails sent by them to you, go in vain. Having failed to communicate with eSky the next step is to contact the airline directly…at which point eSky threatens not to honour the very expensive insurance because the passenger has communicated directly with the airline. There is either inherent dishonesty in this approach or a callous inefficiency. Either way not on!

AVOID AT ALL COST !

Companies neglected cost me over $1700 in penalties, I was denied my flight due to their booking error, left stranded in Vietnam. They refuse to respond to my emails and are refusing a refund.

Compre un vuelo y pague con mi tarjeta y me quitaron el dinero y después mandaron un mensaje diciendo que necesitaba pagar más para poder proceder ala reserva y ni porque pague un seguro de cancelación y reembolso. Estuve tratando de comunicarme y hablé al aeropuerto y las aerolíneas y nadie me pudo ayudar . Solo me robaron :(

It is very difficult to communicate I bought a reservation 2 days ago and it does not exist in the airline it says pending payment I do not understand why I paid with a card and how so much can happen without an answer, now I want to cancel to buy with another reliable agency

First I used another service and a redirect sent me to eSky. Red flag #1 Completed the purchase and included the extra flight insurance in case a change was need or issue with COVID. Well I need a date change, there is no number to call them! The number I found was for another company. Sent a message for the change request and had to pay another $100. Paid it and as of yet haven’t seen the confirmation of the change. Our vacation is in a little over 2 week! My advice…. Book with the airline you are flying on or use another service. ESky has no service after the sale. No/slow communication

This company is a Scam

Avoid to book a flight with them. I book a flight with 1 stop and this genius give me 2 different bookings and I have to pick up again my bags in the connection airport, go to check in again and I only have two hours between the flights. So I loose my connection flight. Indeed, I pay for extra bags, preferred seats etc and obviously I never receive all this services. To make all this better, they don’t answer phone calls (due to covid????) and never answer the questions in the contact form. This is a scam company

Terrible don’t use eSky

I book a flight back in June and it is now November and the info that eSky sent me was completely incorrect. The flight number they gave me didn’t exist. So now I’m stuck the airport for 7 hrs and my trip now has a layover. So now my 45 min flight is 4 1/2 flight. Because eSky put me on the wrong plain. And they robbed me of my first class ticket.

ZERO COMMUNICATION

I booked a flight through eSky under the impression that the flights which they are promoting are legitimate. Once the payment was made - We tried tracking the flight number which was supposed to be with AirCanada, no results! We then called the airline and they confirmed that they have no record it. We spent the entire initial 24 hour period attempting to contact eSky through online form submissions and calling their contact number which never gets answered. Their policy clearly states that all flights canceled within 24 are fully refundable however it is impossible to process the request to eSky due to ZERO COMMUNICATION! Its been 2 months since I unfortunately booked a flight with this criminal company and I still have not received a single email addressing my issues. SHAME ON YOU ESKY! Shame on you.

Effect of COVID. ESky refuses to refund money, airlines already confirmed money can be returned !

I wasn’t able to make my return flight on the 31st of March because of the effect of Covid ! Now before my travel in October I even paid extra on top of the NOT so cheap ticket price, to be able to change dates of traveling. Forseeing upcoming complications in traveling I tried to changed my dates back at the beginning of March, way before the borders were closed and a month before scheduled flight. ESky Agent asked me to wait and then told me there are no flights available. Which was not true. Then the borders were ordered to close and I was stuck in United States because no one could help me change dates - any date! Now it’s been almost 4 months !!!! That I’ve been trying to reach anyone at ESky about changing my dates or a refund because of the emergency situation which was not my fault !!! Also Because I already spoke to Airflot and Virgin Atlantic - they are giving back people money for unused tickets and that I have to talk to ESky about that !!! 4 months !!! No progress, no response ! Now I’ve heard boarders are opening in my country (Russia) on 15th of July and no one still responds to my emails or messages/calls about changing dates or refund, so I can travel freely and most importantly go back home !!!! To my family !!! whenever I want to and get my ticket or money back, what I paid for and haven’t been able to use yet ! It’s not how company with good reputation and care for the people shall respond in times of emergency and crisis like this ! If I could give 0 stars I would

i’m in the united states air force. the military put a travel ban on all flights due to COVID19. i tried to get a refund. i sent several emails. no response. called, they said email them. i tried the “import booking” selection because i booked my flight without logging in. the site said my order number didn’t exist. if i could give them 0 stars i would.
